The products are up for sale until stock runs out. In case of an order of a product that has become unavailable, the client will be informed of said unavailability in the briefest delays, by email.
The pages of our website indicate our prices in united states dollar/pounds/euro, tax inclusive, shipping costs excluded. The tax amount is indicated once the client selects a product, and the shipping costs appear on the screen once the selection process by the client is finished. Family Tree Gift TM reserves the right to modify its pricing at any point in time, but the ordered products price point applies to the time at which the order was placed. For any non-European client, and in any scenario where duty is charged, the client is responsible for settling up said duty with whichever transportation service was chosen. Family Tree Gift TM is not responsible for any charges you may have to pay in taxes or customs duty. We suggest you contact your local customs office to establish what charges you may incur if you buy our goods from outside your country.
Family Tree Gift TM confirms your order by electronic mail, this confirmation validates our accepting of the order; this information reiterates every element of the order and the right to the retraction by the client. Family Tree Gift TM protects the personal and confidential information communicated during the subscription or order process(including uploaded family photos). These pieces of information are in no way shape or form destined to be commercialized.
Payment can be processed through Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay. The purchase will show up on the bank statement in USD/£/Euro.
The limit date of the delivery varies based on each address but it is fixed for all destinations to payment date + up to 12 workdays. In the scenario where a package arrives damaged or seems to be damaged, you must refuse the delivery and request that it gets returned to us. Our responsibility cannot be engaged for a damaged package or a late package. Late delivery does not authorize the cancellation of the order, and will in no way trigger late or damage fees from our company.

The client has 14 days from the delivery date to return the product – the return postage is to the customer’s charge. The customer will then be reimbursed the price of the product within 30 days of our receiving it. The return delivery fees are not reimbursable though. Once this timeframe is passed, Family Tree Gift TM will be in a position to refuse any exchanges or reimbursements. Any product returned incomplete, damaged or dirty will not be accepted.
Both parties involved accept that the contract is subject to Polish law. The client must ensure that the products ordered are in compliance with local law. Family Tree Gift TM cannot and will not be held accountable for non-respect of the legislation of a foreign country in which the product is delivered. Any litigation will solely involve the Polish court system.
